Jamsil Block 5 Masterplan

JAAX collaborated with Tomoon Architects on the conceptual design for the redevelopment of a block in Songpa district of Seoul.
The scope included the masterplan of the riverfront block that spans 358,077sm, and the facade design of 36 towers that house commercial, retail and 12,500 residential units.
