Anoma Wellness Resorts Masterplan

JAAX was tasked with creating the masterplan and pre-design for a resort community in Ao Kung, Phuket. The client envisions a 22-acre community designed for all generations, offering a comprehensive health and wellness program for both residents and visitors. Beyond leisure and recreational activities, the community will feature an on-site hospital, multiple clinics, and educational facilities. It will include 45 rentable villas, approximately 180 active living condominium units, and a Health & Brain Center dedicated to providing 24/7 care for its senior residents.
