Cherry Valley Retreat Village

Nestled amidst the picturesque mountains of Cherry Valley in Southern California, this 30-acre site will serve as the idyllic setting for a Catholic retreat village. The village will encompass a chapel, dormitories, and versatile event spaces.
Emphasizing a commitment to nature, the majority of the site will be allocated to cultivating gardens and farms that showcase local flora and vegetables. The site will feature multiple serene meditation and prayer areas, both indoors and in the great outdoors. This project is currently in the masterplan / entitlement phase.
Private Golf Course in Ayutthaya

Although his golf course is already among the most prestigious and exclusive clubs in Asia, our client envisioned taking it to an even higher echelon by introducing additional programs and enhancing its amenities.
JAAX has been tasked with scrutinizing the site and conceptualizing the programming and design for this expansion. While the client has outlined specific requests for 30 new standalone villas and a second clubhouse, we proposed programs encompassing an art walk, a gallery for his art collection and a bird sanctuary on the bird island, as well as a 120-key boutique hotel.
Jamsil Block 5

JAAX collaborated with Tomoon Architects on the conceptual design for the redevelopment of a block in Songpa district of Seoul.
The scope included the masterplan of the riverfront block that spans 358,077sm, and the facade design of 36 towers that house commercial, retail and 12,500 residential units.
North Phuket Resorts

Concept development and planning for a 46-acre beachfront lot nestled in a serene bay in North Phuket.
Panther Loop

A mixed-use development featuring 478 apartment units and 43,000sf of retail/commercial space in the Northern Austin area. Currently in schematic design.
King’s Island

Concept development for a six-star resort development on King’s Island on the south coast of Korea.

Phuket Wellness Village
2023-
JAAX was tasked with creating the masterplan and pre-design for a resort community in Ao Kung, Phuket. The client envisions a 22-acre community designed for all generations, offering a comprehensive health and wellness program for both residents and visitors.
Beyond leisure and recreational activities, the community will feature an on-site hospital, multiple clinics, and educational facilities. It will include 45 rentable villas, approximately 180 active living condominium units, and a Health & Brain Center dedicated to providing 24/7 care for its senior residents.
